Crystal was AMAZING! I've been trying to find an elevated everyday look all year with zero luck... until now! She picked the perfect colors and look that accentuates my features. And the best part... She taught me how to recreate everything step-by-step. She was so patient and never rushed me, even though the store was packed. I've had some iffy experiences with makeup artists, but this was completely different. She really listened to what I wanted -- and delivered above and beyond. Highly recommend seeing her! And in general, going to this store because everyone was so welcoming & knows their craft.

I recently visited MAC to purchase a foundation and expressed my concern that the color seemed too red. Unfortunately, the associate seemed indifferent and assured me it matched, so I paid and left. On Sunday, I called to report that I had lost the receipt and that the foundation didn’t match. I was told that it would be okay as they could scan the box. However, when I returned and paid for parking, I found out they wouldn’t exchange it without a receipt. The original associate didn’t even try to enter me into the system during the purchase, and my bank statement wasn’t accepted as proof. The service was terrible throughout the process. The manager offered me his card and suggested I look for the receipt. If the service had been better from the beginning, I wouldn't be in this situation. T

Fix your store hours online. I drove 20 minutes to arrive at a LOCKED AND CLOSED store. This was very inconvenient and very disappointing. Two thumbs down for whomever was responsible for that!!!!

I was happy with the make-up application for a gala…until 30 minutes before the gala when one of the false eyelashes came halfway off and my only option was to take off both false eyelashes…and the main reason I had make-up professionally was to have someone apply false eyelashes on me because I have never mastered doing this to myself.

This location is ok. It is busy and you have to pay for parking. I usually order for pick up because I don’t want to pay for parking. The staff is nice and friendly.
