MAC Cosmetics

This review is strictly for Lisa Kain. I hope that she see's this and gets the recognition that she truly deserves. I went in to have my make up put on for an event that I was going to and she made me look absolutely beautiful. I instantly fell in love with her laid back attitude and loved how she worked under pressure. She was the only one working at the time and managed to help others with purchases, returns, and product information while doing my makeup at the same time. I don't know how she did it but Lisa THANK YOU. I look forward to seeing her again soon.

I can not say enough about the amazing customer service I received at this counter today!!!! Lisa was not only personable and knowledgeable but an amazing artist!!!!! I went in feeling down and left feeling confident and like a whole new woman! She guided me step by step as to what she was doing and it came out simply incredible!!!! Loved her and will be going back!

Very impressed with the customer service from Liz! I live in Napa and came to visit for my Niece's 11th birthday. She is a big makeup lover and all she wanted to do was get her makeup done. We originally made a visit to ulta where we were completely ignored. Her feelings were a little down after that. We decided to try macys at the mall where we saw MAC and thought this was more her style anyway. I approached Liz and told her it was my Niece's birthday and asked if she could apply some makeup. She did a completely age appropriate application and even asked her what her favorite colors are. There was no pressure to purchase but she educated me on what she had used on her. Horrible everytime I come here someone's either gone from counter for long periods of time of they don't want to assist you. This is my last time at this Mac. Today I went in and the associate seen me I said excuse me and she took off, I waited 30 minutes because I needed Mac product for an event and had a question about it. She never came. Other beauty counter associates tried looking for her and were unsuccessful. Ridiculous.

No one works at the counter since I’ve been there and they definitely don’t answer the phone so I have to order through Amazon. So unfortunate because I love Mac Product line
