MAC Cosmetics - Belk

Went to stop by MAC after meeting up with my parents since our kiddos spent fall break with them! So glad we did and met the MAC artist, Kayla! She was so very inviting, professional, knowledgeable, and just as excited about my new products purchased as I was. I felt that she truly cared and did not just sell me any items- she listened! Will definitely be back just because of my experience with Kayla! Thanks Kayla and MAC!!

I waited for over 45 minutes and there was no sales person in sight. When she finally showed up another customer came in who was African American like the sales lady. She immediately helped her and acted as if I didn’t exist. When I got what I needed myself she could have rang me up and been done. Instead she disappeared with the other customer and I didn’t see her for another half an hour before I just walked out. I will never shop there again if she is working. She needs some training. I come in there every 3 months and spend well over $200. This happened last night at 7:00pm. She does not fit with the rest of the staff at Belk at all!

Went to grab a few products I needed to replace and left with much more! It REALLY was all things I actually needed. Chanee was so attentive and helpful. Please ask for her when you visit this location.

One of the makeup artists, Madison, is a very high spirited young woman that represents the company with vibrant makeup looks and ecstatic use of products. I always feel comfortable shopping with MAC when she is the employee helping make my decisions! Haven’t seen her in a while though! I won’t shop with MAC unless I shop with Madison. Andalyn Beauty is her Instagram! Great job picking your employees, MAC.
