MAC

I went to look at trying some makeup after having not worn makeup in a while. Fe happened to be finishing up with a customer and spent a good amount of time with me. She explained all the matching and products very well. She was kind and patient and I appreciate the care she took in addressing my needs. I came home with a few products to help me look put together without looking overly done. I’m so happy I stopped here.

On July 8th, I called Mac Cosmetics to ask about an order and spoke to Scott @ approximately 3:53pm. I was running out of the pressed powder I normally use and realized I hadn't received my order. As soon as Scott answered I realized he could care less about my order. There wasn't even an attempt to show concern and I got the impression he just wanted to hurry up and end the call. He directed me to file a claim with UPS, which I did and they still haven't responded. In the future, I'll place my order with Amazon since it's a lot easier than dealing with Mac directly. The last time I went to Macy's to get my powder, I had to search for someone to assist me. Customer Service is not as good as it used to be.

Love the makeup selection here! The women are always so nice to explain what to get and what will work best for my skin. It's a bit pricey but it's Mac! You get what you pay for
