Maama P African Hair Braiding

I found a gem in Douglasville!! 10 min From home. Very clean, comfortable not a factory line as most shops! I highly recommend, very friendly, i enjoyed the African movies! As they were speaking English most of the time. Definitely a 10

i got my hair braided 3/24. spent 240, gave me 300 didn’t even give me my change , didn’t deserve a tip for them complaining about me getting 3 different colors and took 8 hours. kept stopping to do other customers hair. two slipped out not even 2 days later. got them fixed just for 16 more to slide out and that’s ridiculous, i only had them in for 18 FREAKING DAYS. if you cannot braid short hair , refuse the hairstyle , don’t be money hungry. couldn’t even respond back to my text to even offer some money back to me. DONT NOT GO HERE , they are tremendously slow.

Mamma P, is very customer friendly, her shop is clean with an at home type feeling...you can sit comfortably and wait for your turn in her chair. The stylist(Jar) who did my hair worked her magic on me...between talking and laughing and watching African movies time went by pretty fast...always a pleasure to see the ladies....very happy with the service.

A women in the studio is not nice and is really aggressive. Is care about her money and not care about the customer.

I'm from Jersey and been looking for a GA Braider and I must say Vivian was amazing and very patient ... I'm 7 month pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable and exceeding my expectations when it came to my hair. I love my hair, it's not too tight and I will be returning again because of her.
