The worse experience and the worst customer service. Save your money because all they do is work with cheap product and don’t honor their work. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The shellac manicure didn’t even last more than 24 hours. I called prior to coming to the nail salon again and was told that they were closed at 7 PM by the manager. I came by the lady on the picture, she was so rude wouldn’t resolve the issue. I asked her to call her manager, cause I had spoken to her and she just sat there and ignored me. Nothing was resolved basically she just basically ignored me and did not fix my nails, even though I had just paid for them yesterday the worst service and treatment that I have ever had at a nail salon salon.

They only get one star because I couldnt put zero. Worse experience ever. Nails are bulky and too thick. I was told they were short staffed and to return another day. Came back another day and I was given the run around. The person they promised would be there was booked and they didnt think to call and let me know. They mishandled me badly. The older guy that's there talked to me like I was a child and then completely ignored me.

This was my first time at this location. I was not very satisfied with the service. There was no music, no tv, no background noise just everyone sitting in silence it was awkward. The lady that did my nails had an attitude with me once I pointed out a discrepancy on one nail. She responded “I’m not done, if you don’t like this you leave!” It made me feel unvalued/not considered as a customer. I felt I was being very nice about the whole situation.

I went here right before closing and they took great care of my toes! I received a deluxe spa pedicure with french tips, and they did a marvelous job!!

First, the wait was long. I went in a Saturday morning and waited about 10 min to be seated for a pedi. Then, waited for the tech in the chair another 15 min. She rushed!!!! through my pedi. She did an ok job except for the fact that my husband could have done a better job painting my nails. Look like a child painted them. She did clean my cuticles and trim nicely tho gotta give credit for that. DONT RECOMEND tho. Oh also she dint tell me there where extra charges until i was at the counter.
