My first visit was January 17, 2026. I had a pedicure with Helen and a manicure with another tech. Upon arrival everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait. I was offered a complimentary beverage of choice. I appreciated that I had two techs working at the same time as it cut down on the time of me being there. I really appreciated that the techs set timers for your massage, because I felt that I’m getting exactly what I paid for/what is advertised as included. I never felt rushed as it approached closing time and they didn’t make it awkward because I stayed past closing. This salon is very nice, updated, and with plenty of space. I am new-ish to the area and have visited M Nails three times now! They are always so lovely! This visit I selected the Valentines Pedicure and it is the perfect way to pamper yourself! The set up is adorable. Ask for the Vietnamese iced coffee - it’s delicious!

Hannah did an amazing job with my acrylic full set. I showed a photo for inspiration and she fulfilled it. The location is so relaxing and is always very welcoming. It is nice to walk in and they already know your name and what you like done as a consistent client. You can tell Hannah has a passion for beauty and nails. She takes pride in her work as well as satisfying clients requests.

I tried this place three times. The first time I had both a mani and a pedi and I had great service. The second time I had a mani and again the service was great. The third time I decided to try tips for the first time in my life and the service was horrible. The nail tech cut the side of my finger and did apologize; however, she continued to do it two more times. The disappointing part was that she seemed to get impatient with me like it was my fault and she seemed like she was in a hurry. Do my nails look pretty? Yes. But does getting tips mean that you take the chance of your fingers getting sliced each time? I don’t believe I will be trying tips again and I don’t plan to go back.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The services are great but the manager is a piece of work. Went in to get a new acrylic set 2 weeks ago. I asked for pricing on certain things & the price was alot. So I went with what I normally get. I get a light pink powder with chunky glitter mixed into it. That's what I get every time I get my nails done. They said they would keep the powder for me since I use it EVERY SINGLE TIME! Go in today for my fill & they had thrown away the powder & wanted to charge me $20 for the powder again. I was not too happy. I told the manager that it's a waste of their money to throw it away, especially since I use it every single time. The guy, Kevin, who did my fill, did an outstanding job! I highly recommend him if you choose to go here. HOWEVER,
