High Tides Barber Shop

Outstanding surprise! Cherish and Kristen were closing up but stayed open an extra hour for my hot towel shave and beard trim. Her painstaking attention to detail made all the difference. GREAT background music! I eill be a regular... Update 09/17/25: I've been back to see Kristen for another hot towel shave and beard trim. As fantastic as the first. But today I went to get my hair cut by Kristal, the matriarch of the establishment. Incredibly friendly, and a great conversationalist. Haircut came out awesome. She has some skills.

Cherish was friendly and amazing! I've been following a specific stylist wherever he went for years and couldn't travel far anymore to meet him. I put my full trust in her skills and was not dissapointed in the slighest!! She performed everything I asked for perfectly. I haven't felt better about my cut leaving a barber than this in years. I highly (!!) recommend giving the shop a shot. Absolutely worth the money and personal experience.

Their attention to detail is unmatched, with every trim or cut, their knowledge is exemplified. I used to keep shorter hair and now that I'm moving into a longer, wavier style, Cherish has been there to field any questions I may have. The shop is clean, cozy, and full of genuine charm. If you want quality over novelty, this is your spot. Highly recommended!

Cherish is fantastic! She did a wonderful job with our 9 month old. She was so patient and sweet for his first haircut. She even stayed late for us! My husband also gets his haircut with cherish and she nails it everytime (even when he wants to go rogue with a new style!) highly recommend for men and kiddos!

Took our twin 2 year old boys for their first haircut, no appointment just walked in. The entire staff was very patient and nice with our 3 under 5 trying to be contained in the barber shop while we waited. They have a little putting green and a pac man machine to help keep the kiddos occupied. Kristen and Cherish did a great job with our boys. It might not be a big fancy place like some of the kids focused haircut places we saw closer to the "Big City", but I would definitely recommend taking your kiddos or anyone who needs a good haircut to High Tides!
