@cathrine Ward The lashes that you selected seems to be hybrid (which you are going to get a bit of a volume) when you clicked to make the appointment. If you wanted a natural look you could've gotten a classic lashes which would fit under your category that you were looking for or next time ask questions for any concerns that you may have for your look. I been going to mlash for 5 years now!! she is the best suggestion i have ever made, helen takes her time doing my lashes, making me feel welcomed, and always makes sure i leave having exactly what i'm achieving for. she's really amazing with customer service. I go to M Lash every two weeks for my lashes. Helen always does such an excellent job and she makes sure to do them exactly the way you want. She is a very talented lash artist. She is efficient and always makes sure you are happy with the lashes before you leave. These lashes she just did for me are beautiful!! So happy with them!!

Fantastic experience at M Lash! Beautiful space, and the best lash results I’ve ever had. Helen is very skilled and detail oriented. She also does her best to accommodate your schedule. My extensions look flawless and last so well. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to MLASH since 2021 and go faithfully every two weeks for my refills. My first time getting lashes, they gave me a consultation and a break down of what would be best for my eye shape. I have been getting the volume since. I get nothing but compliments everywhere I go and have recommended friends and co workers. Both Kim and Helen are amazing at doing lashes, very professional and personable, and they are so pleasant. Even when Ruby was there she serviced me a few times and I never had any complaints.

I’ve been coming to Mlash for over 5 years and I love it here. Helen and Kim are so wonderful. My lashes always look beautiful and I also have my ombré powder brows with Master Mellie. Great place! Highly recommended
