M C Cuts

Very mid - workers seem "checked out" everytime i've been. I did have one good haircut there that I was very impressed with but somehow the same lady could never do anywhere close to it again, even after I showed her a pic of what she did the first time.

She didn’t give haircut that was requested. Hair clips were on face and neck. Kept hairs wet. It was a horrible experience. Ruined the day. I wish could my money get my money back.

I asked for a medium skin fade. The barber was almost done with my haircut and when I looked up and realized my hair wasn't faded at all let alone not shaved to the skin . I tell the barber that I asked for a skin fade from the beginning. He then decided to use clippers to shave where I pointed out where it should be faded. It still wasn't faded let alone not to skin like i asked.. I was visibly upset and the other barber asked me what is the issue. I tell her that I wanted a skin fade and that this isn't what I asked. She then tells me "we don't use a straight razor we use clippers". We'll that would have been nice to know from the beginning before they started cutting my hair. I decided leave the shop and now i wasted $25. I am now going to another shop and having them fix my hair.

The lady gave me hair cut last time ruin my hair, even today she was going again ruin my hair, she was so harsh and rude and unprofessional!! Her behavior was unacceptable and she was upset! I’m not happy for their customer service!

My husband comes here often, as we're local. He is always satisfied with his cut (and he is very particular). Last week I decided to join him since I have been growing out my pixie for just over 1.5 years and needed a cut. My hair was between shoulder and chin length. I wanted a stacked bob. We had different people cut our hair at the same time. My husband had a male stylist and I had a female stylist. My husband ended up getting white walled on his side burn and the stylist decided to trim his beard to hide it, while giving him sharp edges on his face. He did not asked to be shaved, let alone for edges on his cheek and neck. But once the guy started doing his face, there was no other option other than to continue. That was my husbands experience.
