Been coming to this salon for years now and they never disappoint! They are always friendly especially the woman that is always at the front desk. I don’t know her name but she made sure I had and used my membership card and reminded me next time to use my coupons I had in my wallet that I always forget to use. Highly recommend this nail salon

I’ve been coming here for a year. In the beginning i never had a problem, ive gotten beautiful designs and had a pleasant time in there. However the past couple months (4 sets) have not been the same. I came in 2 weeks ago for a christmas set, when i showed the owner what i wanted he sighed very loudly (candy canes and french tip). I understand they were busy, i gave him grace. He was going very fast and kept hitting my nail bed with the drummel. Felt extremely rushed. Design turned out fine, paid and left. This past time i came in wanting this (see photo) and left with this (see photo). The lady couldn’t do the cheetah/zebra print correctly, which is fine but i had already been sitting down 1 hour and 1/2. I told her i didn’t like it, she removed it. They are the best! I’ve had almost everyone in there and they never disappoint. They can do anything from the basics to a design. Very time Efficient and positive atmosphere!

This place was only good when Elaine, Ace, or Finn worked here. Since then, this place has gone to complete crap. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. Please do not go to this place. There are 1 million nail shops in Syracuse area. we went they messed up our appointment and insisted that we'd come back tomorrow even though it was their mistake that they messed up our appointment so we had to wait 20 minutes just to sit down and get Done job. Service was rushed on their half, I had to get a dry pedicure because of how Unorganized they are. so, I paid for full service $165 and then the lady demanded a tip. when I refuse to tip for a half done job, she told me to never come back. So, do not come to this nail shop ever. It is such a waste of your money. There are so many other nail
