1st time stopping in & last .. The gal cut my toe nails really short & the big toe she actually cut the skin.It hurt & stung really bad, and she did not apologize. She took me when she was done & placed me under a light for drying,told me to wait 15 minutes, I waited 20.I touched my toe nail & it made a mess of it cause 20 min was not long enough. At no point did she look up to see how I was doing.So I waited another 15 minutes & tried another toe & messed that one up.She is still not looking in on me,so I continued under the dryer. When a gal walked up to check out her client I told her my polish was not drying.The gal that did my nails looked up but did not bother to help me.The other employee after she was done with her client came over & fixed my two messed up toes & put polish rem

For all future consumers please choose another franchise/establishment to support in your community. This particular location lacks customer service, cleanliest, and respect for the customers time and money being spent for the paid services. I have uploaded pictures to support my last two experiences. I was in on 5/23 to treat my mother and I to a manicure and pedicure. This isn’t my first time either I’ve attempted to support this community business on several occasions, however it seems the more you frequent the more they become rude, missing steps in the service being paid, and lacked in customer care. Pretty bad experience overall. I went for a regular manicure and removal of gel. The tech kept catching my skin with the dremel and it hurt. Then she asked me to pay before putting polish on (just thought it was weird because every other salon I've been to does it after the service). After paying she sped run through applying the polish and it came out goopy and uneven.

I will never be returning. I tried to like this place but they are rude and nasty. They speak their language when a customer disagrees with the trash they know they’re putting out. Rushing people and charging crazy amounts without even doing what was asked! I asked for a manicure for my daughter and Kelly didn’t put a drop of water on her hands. She also failed to do her cuticles!! What the hell did I pay $75 dollars for?? On top of that, they shaped my nails terribly and when Kelly attempted to fix it, she was being rough with my hands and speaking her language cause she was upset about my concern. This is your in and out type of salon. Cash only. They can be busy at times, but I haven't had to wait yet. They don't soak off acrylics. When I asked before, the nail tech just pop them off- which is bothersome as it's painful and messes up the nail bed. Depending on who you get you can have a decent service or a rushed one. The girl I had before didn't bother to put the cuticle oil on my nails and took the brush and wiped it on my knuckles lol and she was busy on her phone mid service scrolling and replying back which is not professional.
