L&Y Wellness Massage Spa

This place is a complete SCAM. We received this as a wedding gift. We called and made an appointment for 2/17, they called me back to reschedule due to Chinese new year, which we did for 2/18. When we arrived we were told they are to busy to accommodate us. I said I made an appointment a week ago, the lady at the front made some phone calls. We waited 20 minutes for a second employee to show up. Once they did they started our service for a couples massage. We had two masseuses for about 10 minutes and then one of disappeared once a male voice was heard in the lobby area which lead to only on of us was being massaged. This went on for about 20mins. I asked my wife if anyone was massaging her and she said no. The lady then said someone else was on their way. Someone else showed up a few minu

Great experience. Very relaxing massage. My partner and I did a couples massage and we both enjoyed it. We try to come here often.

While my masseuse and massage was good, they were visibly upset I was using Groupon which if they don’t like they shouldn’t offer but that’s not the main problem . I agreed to pay more for cupping so i paid an extra $40 for that , and then when i was asked for tip amount they didn’t agree with it and she went ahead and added an extra $13 . I wasn’t in the mood to say anything so I let it be but unfortunately because of that I will not be returning .

(visited July) First thing first, the massage was good. The masseuse used her knuckles/fingers to apply pressure without it being a deep tissue and it wasn't painful so the entire massage actually felt really good. The reason for the 3 stars is subjective on my part. For one like others have said the rooms are only separated by a curtain so it doesn't feel as private as other places. Second is that I'm used to being nude during massages but here they asked me to keep my underwear on. Now that wouldn't be a problem for most of you I assume but the thing is that when massaging my legs she had to pull up my boxer legs and that gave me a wedgie, and having a wedgie isn't actually comfortable for me. Those are the two reasons that others may not mind themselves but affected my feelings for this
