I had a great experience at this barbershop. The barbers are professional, friendly, and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and I walked out feeling fresh and confident. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

This was hands down the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. When you walk in, people say hi — and that’s literally the only positive thing I can say. There is no display of prices and no sign saying it’s cash only, which should already be a red flag. I clearly explained what I wanted, and the barber confidently said he could do it. I specifically told him not to cut my hair too short. Of course, he did the exact opposite and cut it way too short. His technique was honestly horrible. On top of that, I don’t even have a beard — not even stubble (maybe 0.01 inches of hair). When I asked if he could just clean it up with the machine, no foam, no shave, he said that would count as a beard service. I thought he was joking. He wasn’t. At the end, I told him straight up that I didn’t like

I’ve been going to LX factory for the past 5 years and I have no complaints at all. Everyone in this shop is talented and will get you looking the best version of yourself. Great environment, clean and treats you top notch. If you’re looking for a new barber shop, make this your new home.
