LV Nails Spa

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DRIVE TO NAILS OF AMERICA... I PAID $113 and didn't get the experience i deserved. The lady did a good shape on my nail, but she did not do a good job on painting my nails. 7 out of 10 nails are not painted correctly. She also didn't clean up around my nails. I have acrylic all around my fingers- even on my finger prints. She also drew blood from my thumb and didn't put anything on it. She just kept going. I got no cuticle oil after the job was done. She was giving lazy. A older man did my feet, and he started off doing a good job. He started having trouble with shaping my toe nails. One toe nail is bigger than the other and i got extentions on my big toes- so they should be straight. This was not their best work. I have to find someone to fix this. (((Sigh)))

I have been going to this shop for 5+ years. After I moved further away I tried other salons closer to me after moving and had an issue with everyone of them which is why I always returned to LV. The owners are kind and accommodating and good technicians. If something is not exactly like you like it you can tell them and they are happy to accommodate. I have never had an issue. I've been to some really expensive places when I was traveling and had issues with them, so communication is the key. I highly recommend LV Nail on N Shepard Dr. @ The Heights, Houston.

Let me start by saying I REALY wanted to like this place. The atmosphere and customer service was great. But I’m not sure the tech was that savvy in Ombré. Nails were uneven and just not what I was used to. He was so sweet, and nice I just couldn’t work up the nerve to tell him anything. I just don’t think I’ll be going back.

6 days later & two of my nails already broke :/ and it isn't even Halloween yet. Closer look at the design I wasn't fully satisfied with especially the blood but they had tried their best because they weren't able to do what I had initially requested so we had to do something completely different and spent 3 hours in there.

I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon before. I decided to give this place a try as it is very close to my job. I read almost all of the reviews thinking this must be an amazing salon. I was unfortunately wrong. Now I understand that I’m probably one in 10 customers that are dissatisfied with the service but I have to voice my opinion. I just wanted a basic mani nothing fancy. After seeing the pictures and all the raving reviews about the acrylic nails they I thought it would super easy for them. My nails look like I painted the myself. Not only were they done sloppy but she made me bleed removing my cuticles. Which is understandable but she didn’t even say sorry or nothing. My nails are messy with paint and top coat on my skin around them. My manicurist kept getting up to help
