Ally is the best nail tech I have found in a while. My gel always lasts 3 weeks and my nails always come out great. Photo below is after 2 weeks of normal gel on my natural nails.

These ladies always do their best to accommodate and schedule me in. They’re so kind and care about excellent service for their clients! I drive an extra 10-15 minutes just to get here. They are so good at what they do!

I had scheduled a 10am appointment with Lesly as she was recommended by a friend. When I got in I saw Lesly was already working on a client (who she worked on for another hour) so I was given to Sunny. Sunny is nice but the nails she gave me are not. I asked for gel extensions and they are 1/4 thick, some of the gel is actually ON my skin, and are already chipping after 2 hours. I asked for a French pedicure and she didn't paint my nails pink, just put white tips on them.

TL;DR - terrible customer service, even after they make mistakes and clearly do a bad job. I do not recommend. I am writing this review to hold myself accountable. Due to the convenience of this location, I have gone here to get my nails done at the last minute on numerous occasions even after they’ve proven to be lacking in skill & customer service. I have now had my final straw. My first issue was when Helen ruined my red French manicure and tried to gaslight me and tell me there was nothing wrong with what she did. I came back the next day for her to just do a plain manicure (also pictured) and the shape was terrible so I had to file them myself when I got home. Would not recommend this place at all!!!!!! Not only was my service rushed and done in a passive aggressive manner(was a few minutes late to last appointment) , my nails were also done extremely poorly that several of them broke off..
