LV NAILS

I have been going to LV Nails for years. I was worried when a bnew owner took over and shortly realized I had nothing to worry about, I love the friendly and accommodating atmosphere and always look forward to going. They do incredible work and I’m always happy and satisfied with everything I get done there. I highly recommend going there to get your nails done! You won’t be disappointed!! A+++

Absolutely HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!!!! If you don’t want to waste your money, you would go literally anywhere but here. I NEVER complain about my nails while getting them done, I’m never rude, and I keep everything to myself because a lot of times nail artists are treated horribly by people, and so many people are just down right rude and ignorant so often!!! Every salon I’ve been in, by the time I get there abs by the time I leave, there is always one person that is rude to one of the artists, and pissed off trying to get their entire service free to try and get one over on the place, so they already deal with enough. This is the second time that I gave them a chance one was probably three years ago. This is the second time I wanted to try people could change, but they can't. They don't know how to do nails they were hurting me and she wasn't even giving me a Manicure and when I asked for someone to speak English for her, they all got upset. I'm talking to her and she talking them. They're very unprofessional. They was not speaking to me at all, but when they did, it was disrespectful.

I came in on my birthday 3/3/2025 to get a manicure with a full set and a pedicure, two of the nails popped off the same day. Also there was glue all under my nails, the girl did not clean it up at all. I went back in to get it fixed. I requested to have them removed but they insisted on cutting them down and replaced the two broken ones. I had two more to pop off. The older lady does great work but the younger girls can not do full sets. They do good mani:pedi.

I flew in from Atlanta for my cousins wedding and was highly disappointed by the service. A day after getting my nails done all my nails started chipping. After going the next day to get it fixed I waited over an hour and half and patiently waited to have the tech who did my nails eat and take a smoke break. Also a nail ended up breaking that he replaced and was adamant about me paying for the broken nail. I will not be coming back
