Reserving a spot online was a breeze. The store is clean and professional. My stylist, Jada, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. I never felt rushed and she allowed me many opportunities to ask questions, make adjustments and add any input. I normally have a very difficult time voicing what I really want when I get a haircut but Jada made things so easy and she was able to help me get exactly what I wanted. Updated review to reflect ownership interaction. Upon reading my original review the owner Jason reached out to me. After talking with them about the experience, I was asked to give them a chance to make it right. And that they did. Brought my daughter back to the salon for the recut and Jason personally fixed her hair. It looks much, much better. The entire experience with Jason was outstanding. Listened to the problem, validated the issues, offered solutions and acted on them. Will be going back based on that alone. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with our experience. Took my daughter in for a trim as well as myself at opening. A trim. The way she cut the bangs area is puzzling and truly makes me wonder if the stylist had any sort of training. We’ve gotten 4 cuts at this location now. The stylists are very friendly and do so well with our kids! Jennifer just had my son (who dislikes haircuts) leaving with a big smile and a great cut that honored both his hopes for ‘shaggy’ and mine for ‘tidy’!

I have been seeing Ying for the past 25 years. She is always been exceptional at knowing the style of cut that I want. Extremely welcoming even knowing me by name. Does an excellent job of listening to my request and my ongoing verbosity. She's an exceptional stylist and worker.
