LYNN is so kind and sweet. Everytime I walk in the door calls me by name. Makes you really feel welcomed and cared for. Anna did a great job on my nails and always good conversation. I LOVE LV Nails in Broken Arrow.

Lee was great. She did exactly what I asked and they all made the cutest matching Halloween nails for the 3 of us even though our request was clearly unusual. Very pretty and relaxing salon. If I lived nearby, I would come back again.

My mom got her nails done at LV nails on 11/10. When she went in she did not like the atmosphere. The nail technician that was helping my mom seemed to have a negative attitude. Other nail technicians where trying to hurry the nail technician that helped my mom. Overall the initial appointment was a bad experience. For context my mom had a shellac manicure done. Today Nov 19th we had to go in because her nail color started to come off and the little fall leaves design had come off. Her shellac did not even last one week 😠😠😠. I called to ask for a refund so that my mom could go to a different nail salon. (P.S. the best one in Broken Arrow is VN#2 salon.) I payed almost 200$ for nails and toes and I get home and my toes look like shit one of my toes is not even painted. There was dog piss in the floor from the min I got there till I left… will not go back and my finger are killing me from the spray she put on them….
