Lush Nail Bar

After moving to the area, I needed a new nail place and Lush was it! The process to book an appointment was smooth and they got me in and started within 5 minutes. At first I thought they didn’t have the color I wanted but they went out of the way and found one that was even better than what I was looking for. I had Mel and she was wonderful! Took my inspo pic and brought it to life. Thanks Lush for providing such great service! And it’s affordable!

Tried this place with a friend. They were extremely busy, so my nails were pretty rushed. I got cut a few times and the polish is a bit uneven on my left hand. I’ll have to keep an eye on my cuts because it didn’t look like they cleaned any of their tools. Hoping they don’t get infected. Sweet staff. But extremely rushed and clearly compromised service to get more people in and out.

This was my first visit, and the service was excellent. I truly enjoyed the customer service, and the wait time was minimal. I had a great experience overall!!

I came in for cat eye nails but had to leave with a regular solid color. The nail tech gave me multiple choices but did not actually have any of the colors. They would go look for the color I selected and each time came back saying they couldn’t find any of the colors I selected, they did this 5 times. After the multiple attempts and substantial time I was there, I decided to just get a solid color because I knew they had it. The service lasted nearly 2 hours for only a manicure and most of that time was spent looking for the polishes. I ended up getting a regular set which is pretty but not want I wanted. They also switched nail techs halfway through my service so when it came time to pay I had to pay an additional $15 for the other nail techs work. The original price was the same for the
