I went to this store to exchange a stainless steel cuticle clipper. From the beginning, the owner was aggressive in both tone and language. He immediately stated that he could not return or exchange the item because it was two days past the 30 day policy, which is posted on the wall but not listed on the receipt, something I was unaware of. I respectfully asked if an exception could be made, explaining that I am a repeat customer who has shopped here multiple times and spent over $200. Rather than addressing my request calmly, he questioned and contradicted my statements, raised his voice, pointed his finger at me, and became increasingly confrontational; despite the fact that I remained calm, respectful, and non-combative throughout the interaction. There rating is worse than a one. Male owner with rotten teeth was rude very unprofessional he cursed at us. He Did not want to give us an exchange, we didn't want a refund just a simple exchange. Because the original product we purchased was rusted. It was only a $12 purchase. He made false accusations us of using the product. Just a terrible experience overall.

The best shopping experience I could have had at a nail supply store. They have everything you need for DIY nails at home or even for supplies in a salon. A very well stocked store and very organized and clean. This is my new go to nail supply store. I refuse to go anywhere else. I’m going to call it my Candy Store ^_^
