LV Nail Spa

They service is not good I got no chip done on Monday by Tuesday my nails were chip I couldn't make it back in due to working. So I came in on Saturday they were very nasty about a service that I was failed. This will be my last time coming they don't have good customer service skills.

We had a great experience here! My daughter has a complicated nail design she wanted and Savannah did an amazing job! I was also delighted by others who were obviously regulars and had a great relationship with the staff. Would definitely go back again.

First off they need to stop rushing & take their time doing pedicures. The pedicure I got was rushed, sloppy, and had to be redone. The vibe was off when I spoke on how sloppy the no chip polish was. I won't assume they were talking shit but it seems like they were. I stopped in out of curiosity of their work but I 100% would not recommend & I definitely will never return.

This nail shop right here is like my family 😊 everybody so nice and the service is amazing. Every time I come I make the whole staff laugh because that’s what I do. The person who snaps every time on my nails is loan she so sweet and patient. Here’s what she did today❤️

I picked up my child from this salon today and she was in tears over her terrible acrylic set. The nails were all different thicknesses and several had huge clumps of the acrylic powder mix dried under her nails, pushing into the nail beds. She said she's asked them to correct the shape twice - she wanted oval and hers were....I don't know, maybe wolverine shaped? She also said they'd had to rip one of the nails off and then slathered the liquid directly on her nail - when she said this was painful, the tech laughed at her and shifted the fan a bit saying it would cool it down. That finger is now red and inflamed a couple hours later, and another one of the nails is already lifting. I called the salon to see if they'd consider refunding her, but the person who answered the phone, refused
