I only have positive things to say about my experience at Luxx Nails in Dedham. Customer service- From the moment my friend and I walked in, Susan was warm, friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She gave some small gifts and special treats while we waited. But what’s most noteworthy is that she came in last minute to take care of us. I can’t express enough how thankful I am that she was soooo kind and willing to accommodate us on such short notice. Especially during holiday season. Nails- our nails were done beautifully, gently and meticulously! She had so many options to personalize my nails to EXACTLY what I wanted. She paid special attention to the shaping and paint application on my nail and I am so happy. I’ve found my new place when I’m in town! Beautiful! Th

I had the MOST extraordinary experience at Luxxe Nails and Spa, and I cannot say enough about Susan! She truly went above and beyond. I called last minute, completely stressed, needing my nails done before leaving for a holiday trip the next day — and she welcomed me with the warmest smile and open arms. Susan instantly understood exactly what I wanted, and honestly, she saved my life that day. She has no idea how much it meant to me. She was patient, so kind, and never once rushed my Gel-X refill. Her attention to detail was incredible, and the results were absolutely beautiful. I did Gel-X refill chrome and index design. The staff are super accommodating, with an exceptional level of customer service and expertise in nails, waxing, facials, etc. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to be a loyal customer.
