Ken was my nail technician yesterday and he was amazing! He paid such attention to detail and my nails were flawless! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and chrome. I was so happy to find a great nail place so far from home!

Strong, soft hands for the win! I went to Luxury Nails & Spa for the first time today. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I knew they did good work on acrylic nails from a cashier at Krogers. I saw her nails and she said that she got them done there (also they have a coupon on the Kroger receipt). Fast forward today. I was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. Just the basics. I was warmly greeted when I arrived. They have a modern check-in process. The facility is very nice. It definitely has a “luxury” feel to it. I was directed to the seats in front, then almost immediately to the pedicure chairs. The chair was modern and very comfortable. During the pedicure they cut a chunk out of my dad’s toe. It was bleeding a lot and they just put a bandaid on and kept going. My water got cold before anyone even started on my pedicure. You could hear children screaming almost the whole time we were there. I would not return.They also skinned my big toe and used a crusty nail file. Anytime I moved my foot/toe she smacked it. The final product is worse than I could’ve done at home.

We don’t like the device of nail.this was my first experience that I was going to do my nails in USA I came from Canada but they spoil my day with bad nails no shape of nail you can see in picture how the difference between actual nail design look

Took a chance and walked in on Monday afternoon to get a fill. I hadn't heard anything (good or bad) baout Luxury Nails and walked out pleasantly surprised. Kevin did a great job, was fast and efficient, and the prices was very reasonable compared to others. May be my new go-to on the South Side.
