LUXURY NAILS & SPA

Despite making appointments for us it took over 2 hours. I was left to soak off my dip nails for 1.5 hours in acetone to the point my fingers smell burned and my fingerprints are all but melted off. I asked if she was going to push back my cuticles etc and she said she didn’t have time. She also didn’t clean out underneath my nails. I still have left over dip on my nail beds. I explained that I just wanted mine removed when I made the appointment. I also paid for two others to have dip nails put back on and three pedicures. It was only supposed to be two pedicures but they went ahead and did the third person like they didn’t hear us. My nails in the first two pictures. The third picture is what I asked for. I was there for 2 hours. The lady’s name was Anna T. I’m honestly VERY disappointed and mad. The lady took about 30 minutes just on one finger for the design. In my opinion if you couldn’t do it 1. You could have passed it on to someone else who could or 2. Not of even said you could have done it and told me she was going to charge me 95$. Proceeded to ask me if “this is okay” I said no can you fix it showed me again and it still look the same on the checkered print. I said proceeded to just leave it as is because we were already to far in. The black lines on my thumbs aren’t even supposed to be there. I would give no stars if I could. I got tips put on and the powder done (just one color, no designs). First complaint is that the nails are very uneven and not at all smooth. Ugly bumps on every nail. Second complaint is that when the first tech put my tips on (pretty sure he was the owner), he put hardly any glue down for the tips. I knew as soon as I saw it that they were probably going to break off. I got these nails done on Thursday evening. Today is Saturday. This afternoon, one of my thumbnails broke in half after I BARELY hit it on something. What really made me upset was when my OTHER thumbnail broke in half, as well, just hours later. I have been using them for years, I have never had a bad experience and they have always done a good job on my nails. I appreciate this place as I had a panic attack while getting my nails done and everyone was absolutely amazing about taking care of me and allowing me to come back for services the next day to finish up. Will be forever grateful for their kindness and everyone checking up on me when I came back. They have some amazing people working here!!
