Been going here for 3 years and been very happy with the whole staff. Nicole is amazing! Her design skills are incredible, and she always brings my ideas to life. The whole team does great spa pedicures too. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I’m always happy with my nails

I wasn’t satisfied with my technician. It was my first time trying dip powder, and while the overall job was okay, the shaping wasn’t done precisely. I mentioned several times that I wanted the shape corrected, but it still didn’t turn out right. The finish looks a bit messy, with powder left on the sides of my nails that wasn’t cleaned up properly. I’ve decided to try a different technician next time to see if I have a better experience. New update: i called the place next day to inform them about the messy nails and they were good enough to accommodate me to fix my nails. Nicole fixed it and she did a great job! Thanks Nicole!

I've been coming to this nail salon for 6 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Nicole is incredibly skilled always goes above and beyond. They take their time and pay attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of my manicure/pedicure is perfect.

I recently moved to Old Bridge and wanted to try a new nail salon in the area. After visiting another salon that did not meet my expectations, I searched nearby options and came across Luxury Nail & Spa. I walked in without an appointment. The pedicure was acceptable, though there was no leg massage, which I typically expect as part of the service. I then received a manicure from Cindy, who did a great job and was very professional. However, I had a concern regarding the shiny buff service. I requested a new buff stick, which I understood would be an additional $5, but the general manager was unwilling to replace it. Nicole is amazing and incredibly detail oriented- she let me try different nails leading up to my wedding and crushed it each time. Also, if you pay cash you get a stamp card so every 10th time you get $20 off!
