my nail tech was unavailable and i needed to get my nails done after this snow storm so i came here, the building looks nice in the inside, the receptionist was super lovely and nice, however the lady who did my nails was not so great. hardly spoke to me the entire time, did not follow the inspo photo i showed. i wanted short square nails sharp with a french tip. she asked if i wanted sharp or rounded edges and i told her sharp, then she proceeds to do round edges. the gel made my nails thick and bubbly. she shape is all wrong. when she originally put the base color on i told her it was too bright of a pink (almost neon pink) and asked if she could do a different color and she immediately had an attitude. rushed through doing my french tips and clearly just wanted me out the seat after i a

Honestly… I’m really upset. I’ve gone here multiple times and have had a nice experience with great results, however now I’ll never go back. My daughter got her nails done for homecoming and this is the result. I had to ask for reshape multiple times because they were not even fully square where she had not fully filed the acrylic down. Not only did the nail tech not fully cover all areas on the nail with polish especially where she refiled …or just in general but the polish itself is lumpy. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the result, I was met with what are you not happy with? Um are you looking at the same nails that I am?!? My daughter ultimately decided to keep them the way they are as we had already spent 21/2 hours there including the wait time to even get in a chair..keep in

My favorite nail salon! I go, like clockwork, every 3 weeks and have never had anything but great work done. Tiffany did my SNS this time and was so attentive and patient. Also had a pedicure with Kathy and it turned out perfect! Love this salon!!

Thank you so much to Luxury Nails. I got off work and just wanted to relax, get my toes and nails done. I know it was late but they made time for me and stayed late to do my nails and toes. I am so thankful for such a relaxing time, such really nice people. Thanks for the kindness and time. I will definitely be back. If you haven’t been to Luxury Nails this is definitely the place to go for just some relaxation, beautiful nails and just to talk to some really cool people. The whole staff was really nice. Nice aesthetic but I will never return. This place is completely overpriced. $30 for a polish change. Even though it was gel polish, I’ve never paid over $40 for a FULL PEDICURE with gel. I did not do French or designs. Just a polish change. Prices were not posted which is already a red flag. Additionally, the tech cut my cuticles so deep. I felt the sting and she attempted to cover until you could notice the blood, as if I wouldn’t feel it. The tech also kept admiring my current nail set, so I highly doubt they can do the nail designs they’ve posted themselves. Those photos are likely copied. Needlessly to say I will never return.
