This shoppe is truly a gem 💎 of a find. Old fashioned feel with modern barbershop skills from flat top to whatevervthe current trend is. Sean is truly great at what he does. Though I would trust any of these guys to cut my hair. If you are new to the area or simply looking for a reasonably priced cut without all the overhead, smell like a flower 🌼 type stuff at some of these "modern" shops, Mercantile is worth a trip!

Throw back to classic! It seems appropriate to find a classic barber in the mill town of Belmont. I had heard of this place from family and decided today was the day to go on a Wednesday morning. I sat in Seans chair and we talked about Carolina Panthers, Fenway Park and the Red Sox and how much downtown Belmont is growing and how he stays booked and busy! Sean is a real pro! He has a depth of experience and knows how to cut, no matter your style of preference. He'll trim your facial hair and those busy eye brows! He's busy, so if you want a chance in that chair, you better book early!

Another great barbershop experience! Great ambiance in the new location! Great combination of old school and new school! Also they have for sale various supplies and skateboarding apparatus, of which I am woefully ignorant. Hey I'm old enough to have been on a skateboard made from a 2x4 and disassembled metal skates. Now that was REAL skateboarding! Hopefully they find a place for a chin-up bar like in the Main Street location! Definitely best to call for an appointment! I look forward to their pending YouTube live streams from the barabershop! Go on down and " get your head right" !

I have been coming here for a couple months now and I am quite happy to say I have found my barbershop. Colin is true professional and master of his craft. He's great at his work and he holds a great conversation. I might be moving a bit further from here soon but will not stop coming here for my haircut.
