Luxury nails and spa

I do not treat myself to get my nails done very often but wanted some time for myself and got a dip manicure. My friend was raving about hers and figured I would try it this time over the gel. My nail lady was on the phone the entire time. It felt rushed. She cut me several times with the nail sander. The next morning I had 3 cracked nails. I went back and she did fix it. 5 days later, two more cracked, one being a nail she already redone. One week after having them done 5 nails are cracked and a 6th is chipped. Three of the 5 were already redone. Very disappointed as these are supposed to last several weeks.

I’m not sure if this is racially motivated or what but the energy I received in comparison to other clients was stark. Firstly, I got a milk and honey pedicure which included callus removal. Why did my feet look so horrible afterward? Secondly my gel pedicure was so sloppy. I’ve attached photos. I’m so disappointed and feel out of $70. I did not at all receive the quality of service I expected.

Came here for nails for my wedding and they were so bad i had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. There were chunks of acrylic under my nails, she filed the nails again after painting them and filed off half the paint, and she didn't cover up my nails with a neutral color before adding the french tip so you see both nail lines. If you can't do acrylic just say so. EDIT FOR THE OWNER: I came in on 5/15/2025, I was just busy and just now got around to reviewing. Yes this was at Luxury Nails & Spa in Severna Park.

We ❤️ Kenzie! She nails (no pun intended) all the designs we show her and is always very thorough. My sets consistently last until my next appointment -- and I am one to stretch it 4 + weeks on occasion. Highly recommend!
