Luxury Nail & Spa (UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT) Douglasville

I have been going here for a year and a half and will not let anyone else touch my nails, even if it's an emergency. My nail tech is awesome, she remembers what colors I have had before, and the shape is always perfect! She does not disappoint!

I have been coming here consistently for over 5 years, I was even here before they got the new management. This will be my LAST time coming to this establishment! First I was charged $130 for AMATEUR WORK, I’ve never paid anywhere near that amount in over 6 years! The first lady couldn’t do it so they switched me to a man who was 10 times worse… I said no tip on my pinky toes and he still proceeded to put it on. He used a nail tip to remove my previous acrylic. The French tip he did was absolutely terrible I was so annoyed I was ready to go. Will be going to a new nail salon from here on out … if you don’t already have your favorite nail tech here… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Pictures down below

Everytime I visit they attempt to over charge me. I visited yesterday and they tacked an extra 10$ on my bill. When I corrected her she got agitated..I won't be going back.. UPDATE: I went back today to give them another try...They did the same thing! I don't know if they need money because of COVID or what..But I refused to pay extra for services not rendered..I told them no thank you and left...I will NEVER patronize them again Update: I figured I would give them another try. They are trying the same things! I don't know if they try to inflate prices because they think Black people can't count or are too shy to speak up. I recently had my nails done by Nina, and I can’t say enough about how amazing she is as a nail tech! My nails turned out absolutely stunning—perfectly shaped, beautifully polished. Nina’s skill and creativity shine through in her work, and she’s so professional and friendly that the whole experience was a joy. If you’re looking for a nail tech who does exceptional work, I highly recommend her!

I received nail services on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. From start to finish, it took approximately 2.5 hours. I saw people that came in after me that received multiple services finish and leave. I received a pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with gel polish and a simple design with a soak off. The lady who did my pedicure was pleasant. When no one came to start on my manicure, she came back and started it even though she only does pedicures. Needless to say, my cuticle was cut buy the drill, polish is cracking. For 2.5 hours and $125 I expect better. The two stars was for the pleasant lady who did my pedicure.
