LUXURY NAIL SPA

Cuticles are raw. They tried to blame that i have sensitive cuticles, which i do, however no other nail salon has left me with 8 of 10 fingers bleeding. The dip doesn’t even go up to the cuticle in some places and there are bubbles all over the place and i didn’t have the time to stay for them to fix them nor did i want to torture my poor fingers anymore. The two women doing my nails and toes talked the entire time and let’s just say they don’t multitask well. I hate complaining but people should know their prices are way too high for that kind of service. Still the best day ever, always.

I wish I would have read the bad reviews not just the good ones because I had similar experience. I felt like the lady that did my manicure was rushing. She didn’t push the cuticles all the way back so now my nails look bad and kinda bumpy on the thumb nails as well. I told her about it in the process and she try to fix by removing the polish with the tool that hurts your nails when shave down too deep. . It was painful so no way i was gonna ask her to redo and be subjected to the pain again. I feel like I could have bought a bottle of nail polish done them myself because they don’t look professional.

I requested nail extensions with builder gel and a cat eye polish. The manicure was beautiful for a couple of days and then the extensions started cracking and breaking. It literally only lasted 2 days. I was out of town for 3 days days and I had to put super glue on the cracks to keep the extensions from falling. The extensions were not applied properly and they are supposed to last 3 weeks. I gave it 2 stars because I also got a pedicure from a different lady and she did a beautiful job. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. I would go back to get regular mani/pedi, but definitely not something more specialized.

Had a lovely time here. Mimi was wonderful, and when she noticed the color I chose wasn’t well represented in the swatch book, she offered to switch the color without me having to ask, which was very thoughtful. My nails look great! I also asked for a brow wax last minute which they were happy to do. Both my nails and my brows looks fabulous!

Moon is amazing! She is quick, precise, helped me pick a shade of red that worked for my skin tone, and gives THE BEST arm and back massages. Best salon experience I’ve had in quite a while. Oh, and it’s totally affordable as well!
