Luxury Nail Spa 1

I had Tiffany for a set of acrylics. I got them done just over a week ago and they are already lifting. Starting out with her, she didn't give me my drink. Following that she got nail glue on my glasses that I can't get off. Then when clipping my nails I asked for shorter and she told me no repeatedly. Leaving me with nails double the length I wanted. She said shaping them would help but it didn't. From the start of the appointment I showed her an inspo pic and told her I did not want exactly that. When it came time to paint I clarified and asking if she was going to paint them how I wanted. She kept reassuring me she was. I had to make her redo 4 nails. Because they were exactly like the picture that I asked to not have. Finally. She was being super rude when just talking to me. She blame

Found my new nail salon! I had been going to another spot and I am sooo glad I found this one! I didn’t have to wait, my nails were done perfectly, and the prices were reasonable. Front staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in. I saw Henry (my friend recommended) and he listened to my concerns about my last place making the dip powder too thick and I walked out of there very happy. I’ll be back! 10/10 recommend. I have been coming here for 2+ years now. I am not very talkative during my services and usually just like to throw an ear bud in and enjoy my nail appts and am always well taken care of . In the time I have been here I have never had a bad experience and I have brought my mom here for her birthday, and she also had a great experience. I used to get solid color acrylics and now I get beautiful pieces of artwork on my nails. Tim and Don are amazing for always delivering exactly what I want.

I have been coming here for years. Annie was my nail tech and she was the best. She moved on and I've tried giving other techs a chance and it has been a horrible experience. I got my nails done on 6/27 by Adam, paid almost $90 for a gel fill. The service was so rushed so I should have known I would have probelms. Literally the next day the polish started peeling on two nails. On 7/2 I went in to get them both fixed. Now here we are only 1 week in and another nail the polish has cracked. My tech has moved and so will I.

Got my nails done yesterday as a birthday gift. Nail tech was friendly but that aside, she cut a chunk out of my finger and man does it hurt. I dont think it'd be so bad but for the fact that after she did it she proceeded to stick her nail tip in it, and then the nail file as well. And to top it off, I was woken up at about 230a.m to my nail beds bright red and burning. I had to completely take off the polish.
