Luxury Beauty Store

Great service every time we come here. The manager is a wealth of knowledge in all things skincare, fragrance and cosmetics. Makes coming here that much better. She can speak to all the products they carry and it's refreshing. We make sure to spend the max each time because of it! The few negative reviews sound like the people that have to be asked multiple times to not open products up and try them on...like the one from 11/8. We were in the store that day with that person and she was rude to both staff and other customers. So trying to come here and lie is childish. A shame that such a great team has to deal with this nonsense.

I came on the evening of 11/29. Four perfumes were displayed together with the same packaging and no separate price tag, but one rang up almost three times the price. I was also charged for an extra item. I went back within five minutes. The long-haired male employee wouldn’t admit the mistake, insisted everything was final sale, and kept saying “don’t yell at me” and “calm down” even though I was just talking normally and explaining what happened. I was honestly shocked, it felt like he was trying to twist the situation and make it look like I was the problem instead of fixing the issue. He eventually processed the refund and apologized, but the way he started denying the mistake and trying to put pressure on me was not okay at all. It made me wonder how many non-native speakers have been

OMG the blonde woman is awfully rude for no reason. There are only a handful of items in the store and when you ask her to bring something she is giving such an attitude as if you asked her to wipe the store. The guy at the cashier is very mean as well. They charged a wrong item and when we told that it was a mistake and he has to charge one item less he said they can’t do returns. After coming home I compared the items that I purchased to do ones I purchased from the original store and they don’t look the same.. It’s not cheap because it’s an outlet, It’s probably cheap because they are fake.

11/8/25. We just had the worst experience at this store at the Shore Outlets, NJ. A woman, white and long pony tail, who acted as the store manager, behaved so rudely. Somebody should teach her how to treat customers. Fire her.

I live in NYC, and when I visit family in New Jersey, I always stop by Luxury Beauty at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. Mary, the assistant manager of the store always makes me feel super welcome, makes the best suggestions on fragrance and is the sole reason I keep returning. Thank you Mary for your kindness and expertise in everything beauty!
