I’m writing this as a second-time visiting customer who had genuinely hoped to make this barbershop my regular spot. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. I was running late to my appointment due to work and called the shop’s main number twice to let them know and to see if the appointment could be pushed back or rescheduled. Both calls went straight to voicemail—just like every time I’ve tried calling in the past—and the voicemail message itself is jarring and unprofessional for a business at this price point. When I arrived about 25 minutes late, the owner informed me that his next available appointment wouldn’t be until next month, about three weeks out. Great place to get your hair cut, but also a great place to chill. Play darts, hang out in the lounge, listen to records, swap stories... it's the cheapest happy hour in town.

Missed out on a reservation that was booked once time by my wife… was a client here for 2-4 years as Edgar was opening up his shop. As they got busy and more popular, he completely blocked me. Imagine a client missing an appointment once. Still has a bad taste in my mouth. Tried to contact them about it and got nothing back. Not a good way to do business and wouldn’t recommend. Update: Edgar tried contacting me to remove my review. Maybe to threaten me for whatever reason. But it’s the truth. Imagine going to a certain barber for years, referring clients to him. For him to completely ignore you. That’s just how this place works. Don’t believe! Proof is in the photos. I was always very professional but this is route he takes.
