Absolutely amazing experience with Nayma. This was my first time getting my hair done ever , so i was obviously very nervous and it was the day before my 21st Birthday. First off the place of service was beautiful and so comfortable. Excellent communication all throughout the process even before my appointment! She made me feel comfortable and confident in who was doing my hair. my hair is everything i’ve dreamed of i’m not familiar with the hair style i chose (perm) but she walked me through the entire process and even days after i was able to message her and she helped me with tips and tricks on how to properly take care of the style. First time experience. I was pretty scruffy. But she went to work and made me presentable again! It was a nice, comfortable environment. She made me feel welcome and even helped me decide what to have done. I would definitely recommend.

My 14 yr old got a good $37 haircut. Nothing luxurious. There were two kids (20 month and 7 yr) and a crib in the small space/salon. SpongeBob was playing at full volume the entire time. The sink was not plumbed/hooked up to water, it was a water bottle connected to the sink and it wasn’t working properly.
