"I am writing to share my disappointment following our recent visit, where we paid $385 for three sets of nails. While my technician was polite, the final quality of my set did not meet the standard expected for this price point. Furthermore, the other two members of my party reported that their technicians were unprofessional and visibly frustrated with the service requested. Given the high cost and the inconsistent quality of both the work and the service, we will not be returning."

I’ve generally had good experiences here, but my recent gel chrome manicure was disappointing. It was redone once, still applied very uneven and inconsistent , and the worst thing is that it began chipping within 3 days(attached pics) which is why i wanted to write down this review. Also, I was told not to get chrome done here going forward. The owner was kind and apologetic, but the outcome was still frustrating.

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure French tips. It was 125$. The service was very basic for the price I accept that as not all salons follow similar procedures or create a luxury environment. My issue was the manicure. They told me to shape my natural nails into an oval was 5$ extra. How insane, for 125$ To make a shape that takes no more time than any other. While she was doing the manicure I kept telling the tech my nail shape was uneven, the French tip was uneven. I could tell she was annoyed but it looked terrible, finally she finished. I left looked at my nails and had to return they were so bad. Another woman fixed them in 15 minutes she did a very simple French and I wouldn’t have left a bad review but I look down today and 2 days after I can tell in her rush she didn’t clean

I have been coming to this place for years and have never had a bad experience until today. I got a gel Shea butter pedicure, not only was my service rushed, but the person who was doing my pedicure was careless. When using the Drill to remove the gel that I previously had she wasn’t paying attention and cut My cuticle with the drill. That was my first warning where I should’ve had the pedicure stopped once she finished polishing my nails she used the file to shape my toenails when she was filing she filed so hard that my cuticle began to bleed. She did not care or say oh sorry nothing I had to ask her to get the quick stop And apply it to the area. If I didn’t ask her, I don’t think she would’ve did anything. At that point, I was completely irritated and wanted to just stop the pedicure i

Went for a gel nail service. The next day my nail chipped. I called and asked them to fix. They ended up charging me to fix it. They didn’t tell me before or during the service there would be an additional fee to do this. A few days later I have two more nails that are about to break. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth because they should have fixed it w/o charging me. I want to like them but who doesn’t inform their client of additional fees Update: the tech asked me what I wanted - I told her to file it down and use nail glue, which I’ve never had this issue with when I get my nails done in other salons. She filed it down and did her own thing. Then upon return I asked for the nail glue again. “We don’t use it” Nail salon with no nail glue?
