My have visited twice and each time the staff was so kind and welcoming! I am definitely becoming a regular because the service is fast but never rushed. I am noticing immediate results in the way my hair grows back sooooo much slower! Scarlyn was so kind and she even remembered me even though it was only my second appointment 5 stars i loved it 💜

The experience is always great. Tia (the owner) treats every customer like royalty. I am used to getting waxing services done in Brasil where customer service is top tier and this spa exceeded expectations simply from how they greet you and treat you the minute you walk through the door. What keeps me coming back are the thorough services. Zhone is my girl. Impeccable work! If Zhone is not available any one of the other specialists have been trained at a high caliber. Love this place!

Tia was amazing! She took her time explaining everything and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole sugaring process. She even shared great aftercare tips. I had a Brazilian sugaring wax with Zhone, and the experience was incredible! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted warmly by all the staff and she was immediately ready for me. My sugaring was super quick and painless too. I was literally in and out the door (including standing in line to pay afterwards and all) in 20 minutes flat! Overall, this is an excellent location and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Orlando.
