Staff was friendly and there was no wait, however I was not impressed at all with the pedicure itself. The massage was not a massage, but a rigorous rubbing of my legs and feet which was uncomfortable. Her nails were poking me throughout the massage and the hot stone was the best part and she used it for barely 30 seconds. She also had her hair down which kept touching my toes as she bent down to work. Once my toes were painted two of the nails were crooked and one was not painted on half the toe. I asked her to fix the mistakes and she was able to fix one toe but left the other still crooked. The experience was not pleasant and the results were disappointing, even after pointing out the mistakes. High quality salon, where all the technicians do an excellent job! Very friendly, & accommodating too. Carla just painted The Toronto Blue Jays logo on my nails in preparation for the playoff games, & I LOVE the way they came out. Highly recommend this salon, & I drive 25 minutes to come here because of the high quality services.

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The attention to detail, quality and consistency is unmatched. Great atmosphere and energy too. I drive 2 hours each way from Philly because no one does nails like they do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Got a gel manicure and removal. The lady who did my nails (Yessi) did not use clean equipment. When I complained to the manager, she watched the video and did confirm that she did not indeed follow the proper procedure. The manager also cut extra skin off my thumb despite me telling her not to and it hurts, and it is still sensitive. Overall, I’d find another place where there is good management, and most importantly, hygienic procedure that is safe. Far from luxe!

Carolina and all the staff here are wonderful! I have been coming for 3 years now. They do an excellent job and everything is always very clean! Highly recommend
