Wonderful service. Everything is always ready and set with my preferences when I come. Mariana, Mia and Renée are very welcoming. It’s like a spa experience every single time. And I go 3 to 5 times a week. My time, pampering myself, healing, investing in my health.

Absolutely loved my experience! As a breathwork and wellness coach, I’m constantly looking for ways to improve my health and feel my best. Perspire exceeded my expectations. The staff was great and the sauna tech was really easy to operate. I also liked how I was briefed on the science of infrared saunas and what will happen physiologically with my body. I just walked out the door and I feel incredible. Can’t wait to go back again!

It was an incredible experience. I felt so relaxed and light after leaving the session. I really appreciated all the customization that I could do for my experience inside the sauna. Absolutely love coming here! Friendly staff and amazing saunas with red light therapy and an opportunity to add on halo therapy! Such a unique experience and they are so accommodating to make sure the room is set up to your preferences. 10/10 experience
