LUXE Nails & Spa Scottsdale

I never leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I tried this salon for the first time and was there for over an hour. Unfortunately, I left with half of my old dip still on my nails and only 9 toenails painted. My big toes had to be repainted four times, and I eventually gave up out of frustration. I did not receive the pedicure I requested, and the “massage” portion lasted about two minutes and was simply lotion applied quickly. When I expressed that I was unhappy, the staff had to call a manager who wasn’t even on site, and I was still charged $45. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. I absolutely loved this salon! It’s nice, clean, and my nail tech Kaliah (so sorry if i’m spelling it wrong) did a fantastic job. She genuinely cared about how my nails looked and wanted me to like them rather than just rushing through since it was the end of the day, and that type of service will always have me come back!

Absolutely fantastic service! The atmosphere is so pretty and pleasant. It feels very luxurious. All of the staff were so welcoming and nice. I felt comfortable with all of the staff and it was very easy to talk to them all. I was there for almost a whole day! Getting a super relaxing pedicure, complex full set, brow wax, and dermaplane. Nikita did my pedicure and full set nails. Despite me bringing a challenge to the table, she tackled it head on and NAILED it! Pun intended! Mercedes did my brows and dermaplane; she was very friendly and made it a comfortable experience. 10/10 will be recommending them and returning in the future!

I almost never take the time to leave reviews, even when I have a bad experience, but I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write this. I honestly was not expecting much given how competitive the pricing was, but this spot completely blew me away. By far the most posh nail salon I’ve ever been to. I really appreciated that they gave me the option to have my manicure and pedicure done at the same time or separately if I wanted to relax. I chose to do them simultaneously, and not only was it efficient, it was hands down the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had. I also had my eyebrows waxed, which was great, but the biggest standout was the owner’s level of hospitality. So warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly care about the experience they’re creating.

Jimmy was the best! Had an amazing nail service I did gel x and he is so knowledgeable and has incredible attention to detail! I never had a heat spike and the removal of my old nails was easy and pain free! He made sure I loved the shape, color and length and was super open to feedback and making sure I was 100% happy!
