Luxe nail spa

the staff is super sweet i will give them that, but i paid 35 dollars for a manicure. a simple freaking manicure i was charged 35. i would be fine if i actually experienced a luxurious manicure but it was far from that. the nail file they used was dirty, the towel i place my hands on was dirty, the tools she used were obviously not disinfected... i feel robbed lol. i would never come back. everybody in the salon was very sweet but 35 for a basic mani with dirty supplies was just insane. i wish i was able to speak up for myself.

I went today (7/2/25) for a full set. I told the lady I wanted medium length almond shaped nails. She cut my nails incredibly short AND LOPSIDED. She asked me if I wanted a design. I told her no. She said oh no I need a design and said she would do a flower for me. I told her no that I do not like flower designs. Then she said how about a cat. I asked her did she say cat design and she said yes cat. So I agreed to a cat design. Knowing all along she is pushing a design so she could charge me more money. We'll she proceeded to do a FLOWER design and when she finishes she say see I told u flower look good. I was so upset I was seeing red. I just paid and left. I spent 70$ on nails that are to short.... Uneven... Lopsided... And with a design I said no to twice!!!!! The lady was the older lad

My mother and I had a great experience! We both got a pedicure, and it was totally worth the price. We felt relaxed, pampered, and walked away with beautiful colors. Highly recommend!

Friendly service and clean salon. The price is higher than others. My nails and my daughter’s nails are terrible. They are not even, you can feel where the tip was glued to my nail. Acrylic left underneath nails. One day later and they look like I’ve had them for two weeks and need a fill in. Wasted $150. I will have to go somewhere else and get them re done. They are hideous.

My mom and I will not be going back. They overcharged me for such a simple design. The man who prepped my acrylic nails was amazing, but the lady who put the design on them was a little rude and she definitely rushed. I told her that some things needed to be fixed and she brushed it off and said they were fine. If you didn’t want to do the design, just simply say that. For 80+ dollars, why are my nails chipping a few hours later??? As for my mother, the man filed her nails down way too short and she let him know that. He kept walking away to be on the phone and was on the phone constantly while doing her nails. The nails were so caked on that they weren’t fully dry when we left. Plus they are now 2 different colors, one dull and one shiny
