From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and upbeat—it honestly felt like hanging out with friends who just happen to be amazing at hair. My stylist, Lexi, totally nailed the look I was going for (and somehow made it even better). The vibe was fun, the energy was great, and I left feeling like a brand-new person. We just moved to the area and took a chance on The Element & Co.—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we felt like we’ve been going there for years. She listened to exactly what we wanted, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. She even made time for an appointment last minute and I couldn’t thank her more. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her craft. I’ve had color and extension services done here, and I’ve absolutely loved the results! Michaela did an amazing job, not only meeting but exceeding my expectations. She was professional and kind and consistently checked in with me throughout the session to ensure I was happy with my hair. She was always open to making adjustments if I wanted to change anything.
