The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. My technician was meticulous and attentive, taking great care to ensure everything was done perfectly. The massage, exfoliation, and polish application were all top-notch, and I left feeling completely refreshed. AMAZING!! I have been going to this salon for several years and have been absolutely satisfied every time. I drive from Northern Virginia faithfully, once a month because it’s absolutely worth it. I believe the prices reflect the level of service and quality of the products used. All the nail professionals that I’ve worked directly with take care to tend to your specific wants and needs. They care for the health of your nails which is rare in many nail salons. It’s also kept exceptionally clean at all times. The atmosphere overall is top tier.

I've been to Luxe Nail Spa the last few times I've been in town visiting family. It's a really nice place with very friendly people! The owner, Diem, is incredibly nice and professional. Finding a nail spa that is both friendly AND consistent is incredibly tough, which is why this place is a total winner. I will only be coming here for my nails when I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Diem does the best nails and I’ve been going here for 2 years and she never disappoints! Her designs are creative and I always get great compliments on my nails. They last forever!

Giving 2 stars because my fiancé wasn't happy and I left very upset. I showed the nail tech what I wanted she proceeds to put the nails on and then cuts the first one to the length she wanted without asking me first. Everything went fine after that but then I felt like she started rushing so my hands started being handled a little more aggressively which I didn't like at all but I let it go because I was thinking she was going on break soon. She pants my nails but they don't exactly look like French manicures it's a clear section where there should be white. I also asked for coffin tips and ended up getting square and coffin for different nails. My fiancé felt the spa pedicure was not worth it due to the water going cold and them putting more cold water in it. Then only used one towel on h
