I went in to get a gel set with a simple design for which they said was going to be $105 so I got acrylic instead because it was doing to be $90. I had to change my design because they couldn’t do it. I ended up doing a pink french with one flower on my ring finger which took TWO HOURS. My nails are uneven and my nail beds were in pain for the whole day and while she was doing my nails💔 As a college student i feel like i wasted my money and almost left crying ☹️ I also got then done yesterday so these nails are one day old. Lastly she had left a small hair under the uv gel and was offended when I asked her if she could remove it

Very rarely do I leave happy after having my nails done here. My nails always end up uneven and just looking completely messy. My recent powder gel manicure physically hurt my nails and I was forced to take them off 2 days after getting them done because of how much powder they stacked on it; $45 wasted. I always ask them not to file/cut too short; they always do the opposite and i’m left having to grow my nails completely all over again. The lady in charge is very rude all the time and nags for more money if you do not leave a tip to her standard. Will not be returning again.

I have been here a few times, but today I got it done I told her regular nail polish and she put on gel to charge me extra. Beside that because the color is amazing and he edges looks terrible and the cuticles weren’t remove. I’m not happy and I won’t go back.

Annie is the best! It took me years to find someone who was not only reputable but good. My nails are always perfect. I do the gel nails and refills.She takes her time, she listens to what you are asking for, and she never complains whether you’re late or need to reschedule. Annie is accommodating, and always tries to be helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about her and her shop.

I had a very unsatisfactory and embarrassing experience at this place. I will not be going back or suggesting it. My girlfriends took me to this location for a self care day before the birth of my baby. They were treating me. We arrived around 3:30pm and closing is at 6pm. By the time my nail technician, Vicky, began my pedicure and manicure, she rushed through the process. She finished the pedicure in less than 10 minutes. She barely cut my cuticles or scrubbed the bottom of my feet. I had to ask for her to go back and cut the side of my nail, and even then, she didn't do it properly. While doing my manicure, I was on the phone briefly, and she asked me to pay my check of $38 before polishing my nails. I was attempting to hang up my call to pull up my Google pay app, because my girlfriend
