i drove 45 minutes in traffic after work after making an appointment for 6:45pm and confirming it literally yesterday. i get here at 6:30pm and they’re closed despite their hours saying they close at 8pm on fridays. i have a wedding to go to literally tomorrow morning. i’m so pissed. don’t come here, they’re just going to waste your time. i even waited until my appointment time also. i went around the front and the back door as well.

I called them to make an appointment, and it was easy. However, it took a while to reach their receptionist since they were constantly busy on the line. The business should have a better way to make an appointment to make it less hassle for both parties, clients, and the business. I showed up early, and there was meter parking in the front. The nail salon was well-decorated and spacious. I came and waited for 5 mins also recommended choosing the color for my nail polish. I enjoyed the time here with great conversations and friendly ladies who worked here. They also helped me to put more coins in the front and paid for my meters. That was unexpected and beyond excellent service. The price was decent, and I definitely will return!

One of the worst nail shops I’ve ever been to. I wanted to treat myself and my daughter and the name doesn’t match anything they have going on. All techs were random most seemed like the owner was giving them hours for cosmetology school. Stay away from this shop. They snuck in charges without telling you. I spent over 200$ Never again. Worst shop and service ever.

Great spot to get your nails done. A little pricier than other nearby options but worth it for the treatment alone. Their hand massage was great. I got a pink gel with cat eye, and it took about an hour of service. I enjoyed it a lot.

I had a good experience at this nail location. First, parking is not horrible if you use the metered or small parking lots south of Wilshire. It was a busy location with a lot of people in the location but they spaced people out well. They had a good selection of polishes. I chose a white chrome which ended up beautiful thanks to my detail oriented nail technician Kai. It was a bit expensive for chrome of course but I was treating myself. I really felt like it was a great location. I would return.
