Phylicia does an excellent job doing my wife and daughters hair in Edenton NC. It usually takes her right around an hour to do their hair. She is open to phone calls or text messages. She sends scheduled appointment emails too. Highly recommend her over other hair salons between Elizabeth City and Edenton NC. Parking is limited and shared with salon next door, Laundromat and another store next door.

I made an appointment 3 days in advance and when running late notified my hairstylist at least five to six hours ahead of time and was told she could accommodate me. I mention I would arrive at 3:15. She mentioned she have one lady ahead of me and was getting a blowout needless to say 35 to 40 minutes passed and I'm still waiting I mentioned I was going to run to UPS to drop off a box but when I came back she had another person in her chair I asked how long will this take she mentioned 15 to 20 minutes depending if she likes it I said well if it's going to take that long then I'll go somewhere else but thank you Miss Felicia for your time. Needless to say this was a stereotype situation I've got service there before at least three times and have been very pleased maybe I just caught this
