Contacted the Adams Group to correct a billing issue related to being overcharged for my Chowan Herald subscription. Even though on-line, it showed the correct monthly subscription amount which didn't match the inflated payments being drafted monthly, the customer service group failed to acknowledge/correct the issue. Reported this to the BBB for awareness purposes. Please watch out for errors in the amount that is being drafted monthly.
High praises for Miles Layton and the staff of the Chowan Herald and their efforts to make sure that local news issues, politics and human interest stories are presented in a fair, balanced, humanitarian and entertaining manner. Keep up the great work!
