Terrible service for one couldn’t do what I wanted originally so did this and if I knew the gems were just gonna immediately fall off by the time, I left the mall and now they’re all off and look bumpy and there’s glue dragged all over my nails and all they offered was a $25 refund When they say they don’t do refunds or they told me to go somewhere else to get them fixed for the $25 because I’m not going back there again and if I went somewhere else to get them fixed, it would be way more than $25 and I don’t know why these were $80. I’ve never spent that much on fake nails before ever and these are the worst ones iv gotten And they need to really start having a detailed receipt to show what you’re actually paying for Because they are 100% overcharging people And making up prices as they g

Michelle is the best nail tech in the Fargo-Moorhead area! When I went into Lux today at the West Acres Mall, she was so friendly and happy to help me pick out my colors for my nails. I always get a design on my nails and she turned the picture in my head into reality with this nail set. She made sure I liked everything and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommend Lux and Michelle at Lux. Thank you guys for all the work you do!

I had a pedicure here in the winter of 2026, the actual service was fine. Afterwards the nail technician made me pay while I waited for my toenail polish to dry. I gave her my card and was expecting to tip when I signed the receipt. They then took the tip action off the transaction and then told me it was too late to tip and I had to go to the atm to get cash if I didn’t have any and wanted to tip. I watched them do this to 3 more people. They are working hard for their money but forcing people to go to the atm where only increments of $20 can be taken out felt scammy. When I left the salon to go to the atm my nail technician was standing near the atm waiting for me and then walked away when she saw I was getting cash. I visited this past Saturday and had one of the worst experiences ever. As someone that works in the customer service industry, I understand that the place was busy and everyone was trying to get their customers in and out - keep the flow of business steady, but I felt rushed the entire time, and this was the result of my service. The tech I had in chair #12 didn’t speak to me, and when she did she was quiet, and when because she was so quiet I couldn’t hear her. When she would repeat herself, it was louder and more aggressively towards me - I almost felt attacked verbally. As she was working on my nails, my coffins came out uneven by both their sides and width - all my nails on my right hand are wider than my nails on my left, and my pinky nails on both hands are just way too long. For a male client getting a pedicure- very poor experience. I was there with my sister and when it came time for painting, the nail tech didn’t even ask me?? She asked my sister if I wanted nail polish (paying for myself btw), and before I could chime in she practically ran away and vanished into the back room, leaving me with nails all scratched to hell (and were also cut too short, btw). Very poor experience.
