Lux Salon and Studios

Best experience I’ve ever had, this is my go to hair salon. Even when your stylist isn’t available all the girls help one another. They have a great community in there!! Shout to my girl Cynthia she’s the best and listen to what I want to a tea and give good advice. These are three amazing colors these ladies have done !! I love it and my hair is so soft everytime !!

My daughter got highlights from Bri and Bria did an absolute beautiful job. She was friendly and worked with us in so many ways to give us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Bri to anyone. I also watched the other stylists and everyone getting their hair done seemed happy and relaxed.

I got my hair trimmed by Heather for the second time today, everyone I have met here is super friendly and efficient. The waiting room is clean and has coffee as well! Also suggested products that would be good for my hair and helped me find them for a good price. Highly recommend.

I’m not happy to write this review but I think I need to write so that other people think twice about using this salon. I scheduled an appointment in mid October and the day of the appointment I tested positive for Covid and I needed to cancel. I called the salon and no one picked up so I left a voicemail and called back within an hour to make sure that they knew that I wasn’t coming because I had Covid. They said everything was fine and then 2 1/2 weeks later I was charged $70 to my account for canceling the appointment. Of course I was frustrated because it was 2 1/2 weeks later and they never mentioned to me that they were going to charge me a cancellation fee. I explained that I was trying to cancel because I was being courteous to the stylist and I didn’t want to get her sick. They t

I want to start off by saying that I appreciate the convenience that Lux offers by providing high level services all in one place. I was able to book a wax appointment with Jill, followed by a hair cut and dye with Heather. I had my first hair appointment with Heather and was very impressed! I was nervous about having a new person work on my hair especially since I've had some bad experiences in the past. She listened to my concerns, what I hoped to achieve with my hair color and cut, and communicated throughout the appointment. It is evident that Heather takes pride in her work and I LOVE my hair! Jill was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is a great communicator and I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I know I'll be coming back to see her again.
