If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a simple SNS dip powder removal and manicure, and the experience was absolutely horrifying. The manicurist pulled out her NYC Subway Metro Card and started shoving it under the lifted edge of my SNS nail. Painful and completely inappropriate! When I tried to explain that SNS needs to be soaked off properly, she brushed me off, saying, “I know, just a little,” before finally putting the metro card away. Instead of properly soaking, she rushed my nails in and out of acetone, then started aggressively picking at the SNS with her own dirty nail and using the drill incorrectly, leaving my nail beds hot and sore. If I wanted my nails damaged and torn off, I could have done that myself at home for free. The hygiene was even worse. After cutting

Everyone here was very welcoming and professional. I had a very specific look that I was going for, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Anita and Mandy were wonderful, definitely made my trip worth it.

The person that did my nails rushed through them & I've never had such a super quick Ok Get Out bad manicure like this, It was so whack for the price they charge... Not friendly manicurist either, I wanted something as a small token of memoir for my mom who just passed away but Paint was also not great as you can see in my pics... Could definitely get a much better manicure elsewhere, would Not return, sorry.

Worst mani and pedi I’ve had in my life. Coco was just terrible. Rushed and very unprofessional. She basically painted over my cuticles. I should hav walked the few extra blocks to Spa Bene.

I originally came in for a gel manicure. When she started removing my old gel i QUICKLY changed my mind and told her to remove my old gel without replacing it with a new color. I have never had such an aggressive experience. The staff were yelling and very unfriendly. The woman doing my nails was VERY aggressive. Would not recommend at all.
